They are such wonderful, romantic, occasions for family and friends to celebrate together and we want you to be able to relax and enjoy your day, knowing that all of the little details are taken care of.

We understand first hand how much goes into organising a wedding and how daunting the planning process may seem at the beginning, but please don’t panic. We want you to have the day of your dreams and we work closely with each bride and groom to ensure your requirements can be met.

Advice and Guidance

From the marquee, right down to the napkins, we can provide a range of services and advice to make everything much simpler and leave you more time to enjoy being engaged!

We can advise you on the size marquee you will need for your number of guests, plus any additional smaller marquees you may require for caterers or bar areas.

Our internal ivory linings then help to complete the look of the marquees for a wedding, as they soften the overall structure, hiding the framework and electrics, and create a gorgeous blank canvas for all the other decorations. Black star cloth linings are also available and can be particularly effective over the dance floor area. All of our linings can also be used for internally lining village halls.

There are three flooring options: brand new event carpet available in a colour of your choice from a huge range of colours to match your chosen scheme, ‘once used’ event carpet, which is carpet that has been out on hire once before but is still in good enough condition to use again (however we cannot always recommend that this option will be available and the choice of colour will be limited) and finally, a solid wooden flooring with a special non-slip surface, ideal for sites which are a bit uneven.

What furniture goes into the marquee is then entirely up to you. We have various tables and chairs to choose from, as well as bar units, bottle fridges, sofas, coffee tables, dance floors etc.

Some venues or caterers may already have their own linen, but if not then we are happy to provide you with this. We have a variety of different coloured table cloths, overlays and napkins to choose from as well as beautiful chair covers and sashes.

There are then various lighting options to choose from for both inside and outside the marquee.

We can also help you with discos, live music, toilet facilities, generators, heaters, air conditioning, caterers and catering supplies, floristry and full stocked and staffed bars.

We can also help with all of the finishing touches to your marquee, such as laying the tables for you, wedding favours for your guests, children’s goodie bags, and additional decorations like bunting and lanterns.

Wedding Coordinator Services

Option One - On The Day Wedding Coordinator
A member of our team can be on hand on the day throughout your reception, or from and till and time of your choosing, to ensure that all details of your event run smoothly for you.

If electrical equipment, such as lighting effects and PA systems have been installed for you, then we can ensure that these are all switched on and ready to use at the right times.

We can liaise with all of your different suppliers such as your caterer, your band, bar company and evening caterers to ensure that everything stays on track and to be their point of contact throughout the day, so that you can relax and enjoy your day.

If changes need to be made to you reception venue after your wedding breakfast and before your evening guests arrives, then our co-ordinator can arrange these elements for you, for example, if tables and chairs need to be cleared away and buffet tables set up, then they can assist your caterers with this and make sure everything happens at the right time.

Option Two - Wedding Week Coordinator After months of preparations, and no matter how organised you have been, the week of the wedding is always busy and full of 'last minute' jobs (sometimes unexpected ones!), and an extra pair of hands to help co-ordinate everything can be a vital life-line.

We can contact your different suppliers, and put together a time table of events, be on hand to receive deliveries or show suppliers where to set up and generally ensure that you aren't worrying about being in two places at once and can concentrate on the necessary final preparations.

Option Three - Catering Coordinator We have smaller, 6m wide, marquees, which are ideal for creating catering areas for your chosen catering company to work from, cooking, prep and serving the food. These can be joined directly onto the main marquee or via a connecting tunnel, depending on the layout of your site. We also have plastic trestle tables available for hire for within the catering marquees. In addition to these optional extras that you may be including in your order, you can choose to request additional services that support your catering choices:

A - We can fully kit out the catering marquee with ovens, hot cupboards, gas burners, etc. You can either let us have the list of requirements from your catering company, or alternatively, we can contact them on your behalf and make all of the necessary arrangements.

B - China, cutlery, glassware and linen are all available for hire, just let us know your requirements and we can put together a quotation for. We can also lay all the tables for you.

Option Four - Bar Coordinator As well as providing the bar furniture, we can also help with bar staff, who can serve your arrivals drinks, top up guests glasses, ensure there are the correct bottles of wine on each table during your wedding breakfast (and replenish these when empty if required), serve drinks from the bar, and collect and clear away empty glassware, to keep your tables looking clean and tidy.

We can supply either glassware or plastic for behind the bar, and on the tables, in a range of styles.

We can stock the bar for you with your chosen beverages, including barrels of real ales and fine wines from some of our local breweries and wine merchants. Tasting sessions for these can also be arranged, at a time to suit you, to help you with your selection.

Initial Consultation

We always recommend an initial consultation, and ideally a site visit, so that we can go through our portfolio and discuss your requirements in detail.

Once we have an idea of what you will need and have checked that the site you have in mind is suitable, we will provide you with a fully itemised quotation.

Please don’t worry if you haven’t yet found a location for your marquee. We have a number of different venues we can recommend, depending on what it is you are looking for.

Once you are happy with your quotation it will need formally accepting, which is done by both a 25% deposit and also a signed booking form. However, if your requirements change along the way and you wish to have a larger or small marquee, or if you want to change any internal elements, then this is fine, just let us know as soon as you do.

The remaining balance is due ten working days before your marquee set up begins but we will be in contact with you before then, just to check that you are happy with all the details and if there are any final changes. Please feel free to contact us at any time, and if necessary arrange further meetings, if there are any amendments you wish to make to your original quotation.
